Exergaming is a newly-produced term combined by two words, exercising and gaming. One of the advantages of it is that there is no need to worry about when and where to experience it. Also, a range of generations can enjoy the habit to improve their physical and mental conditions. 

4-2 完全栄養食:

This passage talks about some companies who have started exploring new directions of producing alternative food. While typical alternative foods have been a bar or drink but they are now trying to supply more attractive alternatives which have the same flavor and taste as what we eat daily.
