When you invite people to your house, you may say to your guests, “Come in and make yourself at home”, “Help yourselves to the food”, or ask them, “Are you enjoying yourselves?” 

These are all 再帰代名詞 expressions for daily use. Enjoy yourselves leaning new phrases!
