人間に属する所有は、’sを使いますが、無生物の所有にはほとんどの場合、ofを使い以下のように表現することを学習しました。動物の所有にはどちらを使うこともできます。日本語の語順とは逆になるので、英語のまま感覚で言えるように練習しましょう。

『犬』の「名前」= 「the name」of 『the dog』

『家』の「色」= 「the color」of 『the house 』
