私は料理が得意なので(be good at 〜ing)、将来は料理人になりたいと思います(to不定詞-名詞)。

私はいつの日か(one day)、ヨーロッパの国々に寿司レストランをオープンすることに興味があります(be interested in)。

この過去10年間、世界中で寿司はますます人気が高まってきています(have done)。

私は、日本語と英語の両方が話せるような寿司職人になりたいと思います。

もし海外で働くとしたら(if節)、私はもっと流暢に英語を話さなければならなくなるでしょう(助-will + 助-have to)。

日本で寿司職人になるのだとしても(even though)、寿司レストランには多くの英語を話すお客さんも来るのだから(because)、私は練習を続けて行くべきだと思って(承知して)います(I know I should...)。

I play— after school on weekdays. We have ---practice for two hours until five-thirty. I usually don’t have practice on Wednesdays. When it rains, I usually go to the library to borrow some books. I love reading. I especially like reading comic books but I usually don’t have enough time to read comic books on weekdays. So, I enjoy reading comic books on weekends.

At home, I always try to help my parents. I can cook Japanese curry well and I cook it once a month. It makes my family happy. I want to be a chef in the future because I am good at cooking. I am interested in opening sushi restaurants in European countries one day. Sushi has been more and more popular for the last ten years all over the world. I would like to be a sushi chef who can speak both Japanese and English. If I work overseas, I will have to speak English more fluently. I know I should keep practicing even though I become a sushi chef in Japan because a lot of customers who speak English come to sushi restaurants in Japan, too. I am writing a letter to you.
